About the Author

My name is Tim Wemple, and I'm a landscape photographer and artist at Andy's Paw Prints. Three years ago my wife and I started Andy's Paw Prints to help animals in need. We take people's photos and turns them into artistic keepsake portraits. We started our business in response to the overwhelming need we saw after an EF5 tornado nearly wiped our town off the map and displaced thousands of pets. We knew we needed to do something, but we were not sure what. That's when we came up with the idea of creating custom pet portraits and donating 25% of our profit to help our humane society. Since that humble beginning, we have steadily grown until we now partner with over 250 shelters and rescues all over the US and Canada.
