About the Author

Ramya Nagarajaiah, born in 1987, is an Architect from Bangalore University, India, by education. After practicing for a few years, moved to the USA as a family. A social worker, Mental Health First-Aider in Chicagoland USA. Having established a small business in retail Asian Fashion in Naperville, Chicago suburbs, a budding entrepreneur has turned into an inspired author. After facing severe psychological traumas and disorders and having undergone medication for over 19 years. Ramya tries to understand and dig the deep causes within herself of the psychological triggers that were painful and have now, after several attempts, stabilized her health from being paranoid schizophrenic and bipolar and called it a success by living a normal healthy life. Her attempt in authoring is to spread the awareness of mental health and its inference. She is not a medical practitioner, and the information shared in her books are purely general opinions based on the facts and her journey in psychology-dominated life. The goal of her authoring is pure understanding of daily applications of thoughts in different phases of life. Inspiration of Authoring is a decade old, but memories are so fresh at the subconscious level that these books could help and bring out the true-life incidents and situations in readers to rethink the need of mental health susceptibility, especially after the pandemic that has impacted so many lives and erupted the need for mental health awareness.
