There is something strange and supernatural about the place. The two got in easily enough, it is the getting out that leaves them filled with dread.

Two friends on a road trip run low on gas and come upon the Perdish Inn, a dilapidated old lodge, of sorts. It doesn't take long to realize that like the "Roach motel", they check in, but may not be checking out. I won't offer any spoilers, it is a fun and easy read with unexpected surprises. I enjoyed this one.

This is the first book I've read by this author but it definitely will not be my last! There is something about P.S Winn's writing that ensnares and captivates you with her dynamism of words, breathtaking suspense and transfixing paranormal fiction. Every word, every sentence and every page keeps you riveted until the very end. The metaphorical symbolism of 'Perdish Inn' did not go unnoticed either nor did the sharpened symbolism. A great, superbly crafted thriller!
