Sir Duke and Betty were taken away in a cardboard box. And then Penny was whisked away in a cage, to a new loft maybe some twenty miles away. She liked her new owner, an older woman that always made sure she had enough to eat and to drink. But somehow she longed for her old perch at The Pineapple Loft. That was here she felt the safest.
