About the Author

When Eve received a typewriter at age four, it set in motion a cycle of creative writing starting with stories, poems, newsletters, advertising copy, non-fiction articles, essays and fictional stories. After a high school friend commissioned a poem, her destiny was written in stone. Much, much later a career in the newspaper business spanning over two decades, inspired her to write Penniless Hearts.
