About the Author

Mark Davis currently works as a design engineer in the Philadelphia PA area and has been working in the design construction industry for over 25 years. With his knowledge of building construction he is able to discern many of the creeks and groans that buildings will sometimes make that have been recorded as paranormal anomalies. He specializes in HVAC design engineering which has help him demystify cold spots and phantom odors which he has been able to trace back to system issues and not paranormal anomalies. He is currently working as an independent investigator and consults on many investigations with several different groups in the Philadelphia area.

Mark is happily married to his wife Jean, whom he has been with sine 1994. Together they have 3 fantastic children which he is extremely proud of. The of course you cannot forget the 2 dogs, Sheba and Tiki.
