To add to the other novels written, the author decided to write a few books for younger audiences and found that taking the journey into that world is an amazing one. Making reading fun for children and young adults will have them reading and learning. That is what is important.

P.S. Winn's Parallel Adventures into the Caves is a fun adventure for middle grade kids. Both boys and girls will enjoy the main characters, Jayden and Jenny, a likable pair of fraternal twins. They'll also like Portal, the adorable puppy that guides them through various gateways to other dimensions in order to help people there. An excellent beginning to the series.

WOW, WHAT A COOL CONCEPT!!!! Twins Jayden and Jenny have just turned 13. They have no clue that their love of exploring will lead them on a wild adventure into parallel worlds with the help of Travlar and Portal. Ms. Winn has penned an excellent YA novel which has hints of TWILIGHT ZONE and THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA to it. Can't wait for the next installment because it can't possibly just end. 5 stars for this YA fantasy.
