About the Author

Born in Austin, Texas, Glenn Jacobson is a student of wildlife and marine mammals. His writing incorporates daily events and life-changing events with Biblical practices and spiritual views. His candor can be both serious and humorous. He is the writer and author of Heaven by the Sea, Walking Through the Park, The Plight of Dolphins: When Humans Get in the Way, Paradise in Texas, Paradise: Dolphin Whisperer, Paradise: Sanctuary, and Old Friends Remembered, as well as a collection of short stories called Dog Tales. He had articles published in both college newspapers and The Smithville Times as a contributing columnist. For three years, Mr. Jacobson conducted field research in non-point source pollution for the City of Austin, Texas, which led to his being named as Co-Researcher on a grant from the City of Austin with Dr. Steve Ziser (1993). He achieved membership into Phi Theta Kappa, The National Deans List, and Who's Who in American Junior Colleges. He was also accepted into The Space Life Sciences Training Program (SLSTP) at NASA's Kennedy Space Center (1992). His writing is inspirational and salty.
