About the Author

As a former kindergarten and elementary school teacher, I read stories and poems to young children and we had sing-songs together every day. It is a passion that I relish as there is nothing better than seeing how children learn through storytelling and how they are able to use their imagination to the fullest.

By enriching children's knowledge and opening their eyes to many new discoveries, they will always stay curious about the world around them and have a sense of adventure in whatever they do. Writing brings so much joy and inspiration for me as, wherever I look, I see beauty abound and just want to express it in words as best I can.

I was raised in the UK and recently returned to my home town in Hong Kong, a bustling city that does not seem to sleep. My home retreat is on a small island away from the center, where travelling on a ferry is both quaint and relaxing, it is a wonderful oasis where I can escape from the hectic urban life.

In between working and writing, I love to go for refreshing walks along the beach, attend to my tiny herb garden and explore nature trails as much as I can with my family.
