Pain And Love, is about teens/adult going through different life spans. Imagine growing up having your brother take care of you because your mother never wanted you and one day while your brother is out with friends your mom puts you out while your pregnant. Adopting a teenager at the age of fifteen when you're only a senior in high school. Meeting siblings that you never thought you had all awhile finding out you got your teenage love pregnant. The girl you always thought that'd never cheat on you hurts you more than the girl you always had a crush on this short story feels you in a lot of drama, relationship problems, heartbreak and family problems

About the Author

Cassie Brode was born and raised in the state of Virginia. She went to BHS but went to complete her last year of High School at PFHS. She goes to Liberty University where she's Double Majoring in Criminal Justice: Crime Scene Investigation and Early Childhood Education with a Minor in Psychology, Bachelors of Science. She's also getting her Certificate in Event Planning from New York Institute of Art + Design.

She started reading books when she was in the fifth grade and started getting into writing at the age of 18.

She writes to express herself, so if it's someone's else's words, then it's not her telling a story. At that point, She's just as a writer, and she's not a writer. She's a sailing soul, a free spirit. She just needed to release all her frustration and heartache and pain. It's "easier" for her too, write about that type of stuff than "happiness." She just tells the truth, If someone asks her something, she respond without compromising another person or telling their secrets. She's nothing if not open, a quality that some people find attractive, and some don't because she comes off as very blunt. She's a free spirit and doesn't know what the future holds. She could meet someone tomorrow, and she'll have to call a family/friend and be like, 'Remember that part where I said there's a person? That changed. It's a new one.' Just because you never know, I'm young."
