Overview

Downsized to a duo after the departure of Jor'el Quinn, gospel R&B group 21:03 moved onward with this 2015 EP, and upward as well, at least by the numbers, as Outsiders debuted at number one on Billboard's Gospel Albums chart. These tracks were road-tested on the RV: Road Trip Tour, a 2014 trip across America with singer J. Moss, who makes a guest appearance on the closing highlight "Brand New Day." BET Sunday Best winner Joshua Rogers is here as well, on the cathartic single "Done," but even with a handful of highlights, the inescapable, and minor, complaint is the EP's short runtime as fans expected a full-length from 21:03's reconfigured return. ~ David Jeffries
