Overview

Like a great artist, the planet has favorite patterns, shapes and colors that repeat over and over again in nature. The 210 Photo Cards in OuiSi Nature capture some of these masterpieces, like the curl of a lizard’s tail or the pattern of a zebra’s coat.

This game of observation and discovery challenges kids and grown-ups alike to spot the amazing connections between Photo Cards based on similar patterns, shapes and colors. Thousands of these “Visual Connections” are waiting inside the box, each offering a delightful “aha!” moment.

The crop of each photo begs the question “what is this?” That curiosity is met with a unique QR code on the back of each Photo Card that links to OuiSi Nature’s wiki. There, players can see the full photo, learn about what’s depicted, and meet the environmental photographer behind the lens.

OuiSi Nature comes with a 38-page booklet that has instructions for 14 creative activities, including matching games, drawing, and storytelling.
