Dr. Zaziiz S. L. Dinkins is a retired United States Air Force Captain who served as the Director of Personnel for the New Jersey Air National Guard State Headquarters (NJANG), McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey, and also as a Program Manager at the Air and Space Basic Course School (ASBCS), Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. Dr. Dinkins founded O R Business Consulting which provides Business Managers and Leaders with an evaluation of their organizational performance and makes substantive recommendations for improvement. She is the author of Organizational Restructuring and Job Growth: A Predictive Correlational Study which has been published in the University of Phoenix’s library via Pro Quest. Dr. Dinkins lives in Mount Royal, New Jersey with her family.
