Joan Wheeler is a trained chef who also is trained as a natural chef and raw food chef. Because of her own health problems she realized that what she was eating was contributing to her less than vibrant health. She lost weight and regained her energy. She shares many of the delicious recipes that helped her regain her vibrant health.
