An author, philanthropist, special needs, limb loss, and disability advocate, patriot, and veteran. Paige Thomas is teacher at heart and aims to be one of the great story tellers of her time. Her most important work is her family. Mom to two amazing children, one of whom was born with significant special needs motivating Paige to serve the amputee community and propelling her into non-profit management. Her greatest contribution to the nation spans over a 20+ year career in the United States Marine Corps. Paige focuses on positive parenting solutions to raise a healthy, active, emotionally intelligent, and independent family capable of navigating life’s challenges by finding a silver lining in every circumstance. In seeking to make the promise of the future clear for her family, she’s crafted a unique book series inspired by her daughter’s medical journey. “It’s a Different World” – A children’s book series – has created a special space for Paige to unlock her gifts and talents in writing and unleash her creative genius in a fun and powerful outlook on the world’s differences.
