No matter whether you cook with a pressure cooker, Instant Pot®, slow cooker, air fryer or just with a traditional stovetop and oven, these recipes are for you. All of the 88 recipes can be made on the stovetop or in the oven, and then (when it makes sense) I give you alternative directions on how to make it in your favorite appliance. So, you can kick it old school, speed things up, slow things down, do whatever you like and cook it YOUR way.
