Second in a series of life on a Pacific island as experienced by a Navy family and a group of Navy men detached to the island to restore the deadly western end of the island to safety. The Navy family, and later, others are safe on the eastern end of the island. The island slowly reveals a number of unique properties. The major feature being a large extinct volcano dominating the northeast region of the approximately 2 by 3 mile island.
Written for mid-teens to general family enjoyment.
The author is a Christian and his writing reflects that. He was an airborne radio operator in the Pacific and the Mediterranean in 1956 to 58.
