With all that is going on in our country right now children need to know that good will still win out in the end. In Once Upon A Kingdom, The good kingdom is invaded by an evil black knight. The hero (the white knight) challenges evil head on and saves the day. The kingdom is safe once more.

About the Author

I was a pastor’s wife for 25 years I worked with the children of our church in Boyne City, MI. My husband passed away in 2016. I met a wonderful man from Three Rivers, Mi. in 2021 and we got married in Feb 2022.


While attending a creative writing class for my degree in early childhood education I was asked to write a poem that told a story. I was working with the children of our church on the armor of God. I loved the idea of kings and princesses, and knights. I also love that God will give us the power to overcome evil if we trust in Him. Once upon a kingdom was created from that poem.
