About the Author

I'm Mike Harmon, and I have been formulating professional skincare products for a variety of customers for the last 30 years. I have always used herbs as part of my “toolkit” for products, as I am also a Naturopath.

Not only that, but I have used cannabis for many years and then, some years ago, I decided to start including weed in my formulations. Herbs are always difficult to work with in creams and lotions (that's why they are not more commonly used). Cannabis is no different in that respect - it can cause an emulsion to split or separate if the formulation is not designed to accommodate that.
