About the Author

Author and town historian Fred Miller is a trustee of the Ocean City Historical Museum and the Lifesaving Museum, a member of the Ocean City Historic Preservation Commission and the Cape May County Culture and Heritage Commission, as well as a retired history teacher and surf lifeguard.
