Leo Rowan (hay Fususu) là bút danh của Nguyễn Chu Nam Phương.
Từng tốt nghiệp tiểu học trung bình vì 4 điểm Văn, song sau đó lại xuất bản tới 9 cuốn sách, 3 cuốn trong đó lọt top sách bán chạy Tiki. Trí não cũng cá vàng như ai, nhưng sau đó có thể nhớ dãy dài 1000 số Pi, và đạt 28/30 điểm thi đại học. Phải học lại Tiếng Anh vỡ lòng, nhưng sau đó có thể viết sách song ngữ.
Là người hướng nội, ngại giao tiếp, song sau đó lại có thể làm Trainer với hơn 1500 giờ thuyết trình cho khóa học Tôi Tài Giỏi (bản quyền Adam Khoo, 2011-2015), và được nhà vô địch diễn thuyết thế giới công nhận Worldclass Speaking Coach đầu tiên ở Việt Nam, và 2022, anh đạt chức vô địch diễn thuyết hài hước Toastmasters ở District 97.
