Overview

This book is for the ones who love too much and are loved too little. It's for the ones who hold on too long and are let go of too soon. This book belongs in the hands of the ones who have ever looked in the eyes of an abuser and called them a lover.

In her second collection of poetry and prose, Holli Wilson takes you through her struggle with toxic and abusive relationships. Beginning with the sweet nothings, to the ghosting and gaslighting, all the way to the final straw and the healing afterwards. As always, it is nothing but raw, real, and deep.

About the Author

Holli Wilson is a self-taught poet, artist, and designer. Her first book, released earlier this year in February, was both a literal, and metaphorical collection of poetry and prose that was based upon love and trauma throughout her childhood, the angsty teenage years, and her early twenties. This second book of her poetry and prose is another collection which follows up with the trauma experienced as a child and how it has transferred to her relationships as an adult throughout her twenties.
