About the Author

Let me tell you a little about myself and why I chose to write this book.

For most of my life, I never gave a thought to what I put in my body. Instead, I gorged on burgers, steaks, pizza, fries, ice cream. Well, the list can be never-ending. The thing is, I automatically ate whatever was in front of me, what was placed in front of me, at school, what I saw on the television or the internet. I believed that this is the way we eat, have always eaten, and will continue to eat this way forever. I never questioned it until a few years ago, that is. This book is a small part of my journey.

Today, I am so energetic; I lost about 60 pounds, feeling better than ever, but I didn’t start this journey to lose weight I did it to have less pain, become healthier and more energetic.

I love life each day because I know each day is a gift, and time is very precious. I wanted to share a small part of my journey and what I learned with others in the hope of helping as many people as possible be pain-free, healthy in body, and mind and start living their life to the fullest potential.

I live with my cats Dahlia & Arya and spend my day in my garden growing delicious vegetables and fruits, and learning new things every day. I believe in spreading truth and I know the truth of all things will be brought forth when people are ready to hear it.
