Northanger Abby
Northing Abbey was Jane Austen's very first completed novel though it wasn't published until 1803. The novel satirizes of the popular Gothic novels of the time by telling the story circles around a young girl, Catherine Morland, that is in love with the same Gothic novels. Her life is anything but similar to the outlandish adventures in the novels she reads. The comedy comes from the pure monotony that Catherine experiences.

Odin's Library Classics is dedicated to bringing the world the best of humankind's literature from throughout the ages. Carefully selected, each work is unabridged from classic works of fiction, nonfiction, poetry, or drama.
