Angela Moody found the inspiration to write her first novel, No Safe Haven, during a visit to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where she learned the compelling story of the townsfolk's plight. In addition to writing, Moody enjoys reading, crocheting, cooking, and baking.

Moody has a son, daughter-in-law, and daughter, and lives in Vermont with her husband and two cats.
