About the Author

Bridget Samuel Charles was born and raised on the beautiful island of Antigua in the Caribbean. She emigrated to the United States and has devoted most of her life to being an educator, mostly in the middle school grades, as well as a lay minister. She has taught all grades from First Grade to High School, and was an adjunct professor. Mrs. Charles has written a children’s book titled Grandma’s Kisses and several plays, including The Urgency of Now and Complications. This is her first full-length novel. Mrs. Charles currently lives in New Jersey with her husband.
