About the Author

Joel S.G.R. Bhose has 22 years of long and rich experience of working with NGOs in rural development. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Economics, Master Degree in Social Work and Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management. While doing his M. Phil. Futurology, he conducted a study on 40 NGOs working in the field of rural development. He has also completed a course in Development Management. He has held various positions at St. Andrews Project and in CASA. Presently, Mr. Bhose is working as Head, Department of Training and Development at Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre, Madurai. Also, he is Adviser to Mahesemam Womens Project, Consultant to CONSORT and Chief Editor of CONSORT News Bulletin. He is a visiting faculty as well at Madurai Kamraj University.
