Next Level Church: Leading a Congregation to a New Stage of Healthy Impact
One-size-fits-all approach to church ministry does not work!

Researchers are unanimous in their assessment that leading differed-sized churches require different strategies to operate in an impactful manner. As a church grows, the infrastructures, mindsets, and ministry practices must evolve; if they don't, the church will stall in both its ongoing effectiveness and numerical growth.

In this book, Elliott provides the results of decades of observation, readings, interviews, and consultations, using his own experiences to contrast and compare four different-sized churches into thirty-four different categories such as board functions, congregational care, outreach, community influence, public worship, and discipling.

Next Level Church is a comprehensive resource for identifying leadership challenges by church size. New pastors, seasoned leaders, church planters, and denominational executives will benefit from assessing where their church is currently and where it needs to evolve in order to maximize their impact for kingdom growth.
