The koels of paradise in their flight.
On sojourn to earth, were in the welkin for the glance
at verdant domains, social spectrums and all that fell in their sight.
For their love for man's race, they watched it by chance.
The scene of humans, expected with all good and full justice.
Instead, they found it all contrary to their expectations,
They watched its resorting to all foul means in full practice
in the spectrum of society, in evil executions.
They started to sing on their prejudice and injustice.
Wished to be away from it as a change for exaltations
Soon they departed from the realm of unexpected malpractice,
Restless in outpours resulted in false temptations.
For relief, the koels of paradise went forth to nature for earth
At the sight of verdant treasures, sang in its inspiration.
The beauty in bounty of nature filled their hearts with mirth.
The songs outpoured filled my heart with exhilaration.
The sweet songs of koels of paradise still echo in my dear heart
To shine like sunrays and twinkle like stars in my inklings
I fondly call them Koels of Paradise, blessings on my part
As they are full blissful dazzles of my musings.
The songs keep echoing as flows in glows; my pen keeps gushing
