Interviews

Everyone has neighbors—even those of us that live in the countryside on several acres of land. When something like loud music from the apartment next door, or free-range livestock from a neighboring farm, interferes with the use and enjoyment of our property, it may be time to take action. With a neighbor dispute, it’s essential that you determine whether the law is on your side and find the right way to approach your neighbor.

In plain English, Neighbor Law shows you how to find the laws that apply to your situation and how to resolve a neighbor dispute without going to court or creating enemies. If you end up with an unreasonable neighbor, and you have no choice but to go to court, Neighbor Law will help show you how to prepare for that process as well.
