About the Author

Julius is a filmmaker-turned-food creator on a clear mission: to promote a natural, unprocessed diet that supports the health of both people and the planet.

His stunningly executed videos, watched by a combined audience of more than 2.2 million, are packed with techniques for mastering natural vegan dishes. Dishes from all over the world that are not only sustainable but incorporated into a more conscious lifestyle could one day enhance the biodiversity of the world around us.

Moving to the UK from Germany in 2018, Julius’s career in food began in earnest during the COVID pandemic—hosting sourdough baking classes under the name “Baking Hermann.” He then went on to be a food stylist at Jamie Oliver’s HQ.

His videos are packed with techniques for mastering sustainable, naturally vegan dishes, and garner millions of views across Instagram (1.7M followers), TikTok (793K followers, 15.1M likes), and now YouTube (262K subscribers).
