Welcome to the Lean Out Challenge 356 Days of Success Plan by MyBody GX. Over the next year, I will be walking you through this journal to help you realize the goals you have set. Whether you are trying to lose weight, build muscle, sleep better, heal your gut, or have more energy- or ALL of these, you will find the recipe in these pages.
A healthy body starts with a healthy mind set. Motivation is a waning thing, it comes and it goes. To stay on the right track and heading toward your healthier life, you need to create the right habits that will
get you there. Habits are more than just what you want to do, they help you establish "who" you want to become. Are you the "healthy person", the "reader", the "entrepreneur", the "athlete", or "Fill In the YOU of the future". When you know how your goals will serve your future life, you can look at the habits that are not serving you and find ways to release those habits. We will be looking at tactics to create the right frame around your life, your goals, and how to build your program accordingly.
This is not going to be perfect. This is not always going to be easy, nor will it always be hard. Some days will feel uncomfortable, others will be a breeze. You are worth it. Your health, your future, your life is worth it. So, let's go!

Growing confidence in knowing how you are going to prepare and execute your week will set you up for consistency.
