Whether you are trying to lose weight, build muscle, sleep better, heal your gut, or have more energy- or ALL of these, you will find the recipe in these pages.


A healthy body starts with a healthy mind set. Motivation is a waning thing, it comes and it goes. To stay on the right track and heading toward your healthier life, you need to create the right habits that will
get you there. Habits are more than just what you want to do, they help you establish "who" you want to become. Are you the "healthy person", the "reader", the "entrepreneur", the "athlete", or "Fill In the YOU of the future". When you know how your goals will serve your future life, you can look at the habits that are not serving you and find ways to release those habits. We will be looking at tactics to create the right frame around your life, your goals, and how to build your program accordingly.


This is not going to be perfect. This is not always going to be easy, nor will it always be hard. Some days will feel uncomfortable, others will be a breeze. You are worth it. Your health, your future, your life is worth it. So, let's go!


Journaling is a great way to help you navigate the next year through planning, focus, tracking your stats, and being able to look back and measure your successes. Growing confidence in knowing how you are going to prepare and execute your week will set you up for consistency. Journaling can help you track what is working and what things need to be adjusted in an easy to track and review form. This is meant to be a lifestyle plan that helps you to create a blueprint for the known and navigate the surprises and events that come up in life.<

About the Author

Coach Kati Epps is a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutritionist with an education in Chemistry from Colorado State University. Over the last 14 years, Coach Kati has trained in bodybuilding, coached physique transformations, and educated clients in nutrition. In 2018, Coach Kati founded MyBody GX to utilize genetic testing to further individualize nutrition and fitness plans by understanding an individual's needs based on their DNA. After 4 years of writing and publishing articles for magazines in Austin, TX, Coach Kati wanted to produce a work that would help transform lifestyle change goal setting through the appreciation of nutrition, fitness, and mindset changes. Her work, MyBody Journal Lean Out Challenge 365 Days of Success is an accumulation of over a decade and a half of experience writing individual programming for her clients, Lean Out Challenges she provides for intense focus and accountability, years of article writing, client's questions, misconception about lifestyle change and habits, and the education she has used to expand her capacity to coach her clients.
