And second, to provide encouragement and inspiration for those who are walking the same path.

About the Author

In November 2019, David McElhaney was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. This is his walk through his search for the best treatment for him.

In this second edition, we have updated resources and added chapters on diet, exercise, genetics and caregiver information.

Surgery is almost always the recommended option and it was for him. David was not satisfied with the answers he got so he set out to find out what other options and treatments were available. This book is his walk through this process. His process may not be the best for you but he hopes that you will find inspiration in his search and treatments to search for your own best results.
