One can only imagine how much laundry had to be done to inspire a whole book.
We spent nearly three years working on bringing this story to life. Over 100 emails from North America to India and back, all whilst society changed before our eyes. The pandemic era had come to an end, and once again, the World became our playground - And, for me, finalizing this book became a celebration of new beginnings. More than daydreaming whilst folding socks it became a celebration of globalization, women's talent, the beauty of innocence, imagination and a monument to the roads most and less traveled. My hope is that you are able to savor every detail in the illustrations, and as my 6 year old and co-author, Juan Carlos Humberto, may be able to enjoy the beauty of fantasy and endless possibilities.
