I have a lot of recipes here you have tried before, but when you try these recipes you will definitely notice a change in taste and flavor. You will find appetizers, main dishes, desserts and little of everything. I will specialize in certain areas of recipes in the following books in this series such as pure Louisiana recipes, old southern recipes. But for now, this book covers an assortment of different recipes that have been gathered and presented here just for you. Try out one of the recipes on your family or friends and surprise them and their taste buds.

About the Author

Bill grew up in Florida and has family all over the southland. He spent over 22 years in New Orleans and has found that he enjoys trying different types of foods and recipes. His collection covers over 100 recipes all from family and friends. Some have come from friends of friends. If he should sample or be served something he hasn't eaten before he will simply ask for the recipe and add to his collection.
