Gina Barbetta, MS, RD, CDE, CD-N, is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, and nutrition consultant. Her articles have appeared in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association, Lancet, and the New England Journal of Medicine. She lives in Wallingford, Connecticut.

Valerie Rossi was inspired to create My Diabetes Organizer when helping her father when he was first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She has worked for IBM in sales and marketing and has a 20-year history of volunteer work. She lives in Westport, Connecticut.
