What People are Saying About This

Nathan Lean

“Craig Considine’s terrific new book, Muslims in America: Examining the Facts, is one of the most effective counterpunches to widespread misinformation about Islam and Muslims that I have read. It is accessible, timely, and well-researched, and should be a staple text for students, scholars, and those in the general public who have an interest in learning more about this oft-targeted religious group and their history in the United States. If I could recommend one book that counters stereotypes and presents indisputable and enlightening facts about Muslims, this would be it.”

Khaled A. Beydoun

"Craig Considine has emerged into one of the most poignant and potent voices examining Islam and Muslims in America today, and his rise comes during a moment when his work and insight is most needed. A scholar whose word resonates far beyond academe, Considine’s Muslims in America-Examining the Facts manifests a commitment to intellectual production intended to not only defy and dismantle stereotypes about Islam and Muslims, but also inspire new understandings that confront the menacing front of misrepresentations and bigotry rising to the fore today. This will be a go-to resource for many years to come."

Dr. John Andrew Morrow
