About the Author

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Frank Warren Swacker, was born May 18, 1922 in Manhattan. He is a retired second generation Wall Street lawyer. This is his second murder mystery. It has been written primarily for entertainment with the coordinating editorial assistance of his wife, Irene. During his professional life, he served as an arbitrator in many complex international and domestic disputes involving the airline, petroleum and other industries including corporate finance and securities. He is a recipient of the Martin Domke International Arbitration Award from the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Swacker served as an arbitrator on cases pending before the US Superior Court for the District of Columbia. He served for many years as a member of the International and Florida Panels of Distinguished Neutrals of the CPR International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, the Panel of Neutrals of the National Arbitration Forum, and the Name Domain Neutrals Panel of the United Nations WIPO under jurisdiction of the World Court. Mr. Swacker has written many articles on arbitration that appear in professional journals and is the lead author of a two volume work, WORLD TRADE WITHOUT BARRIERS: THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION (W.T.O.) AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. He received his B.A. (Economics) degree from Union College, a Juris Doctor from The University of Virginia School of Law and a LL.M. (International Law) from New York University Graduate School of Law.
