Kathy Costello is the Vice-President of Healthcare Access for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and a past president of the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses. She is also a nurse practitioner and adjunct assistant professor at the Johns Hopkins MS Center located in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Costello has written and lectured extensively on MS and MS care. She received her BSN and MS from the University of Maryland.

Kalb, PhD is the vice president of the Professional Resource Center at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in New York City, developing and providing educational materials and consultation services for healthcare professionals. Dr. Kalb has authored or edited a number of publications about multiple sclerosis, including Multiple Sclerosis: The Questions You Have-The Answers You Need.
