About the Author

Nachelle Swanson also known as "Author Envy" was originally born in Donora, Pa. She currently resides in her hometown of Martinsville, VA. She studied business management at Patrick Henry Community College where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. She is a hard working single mother of three with six grandchildren. With writing being one of her passions from early childhood, she completed writing her first novel about three years ago. Due to the tragedy of her brother being murdered in 2013, it halted her in living her dream. With time, perseverance, and determination she was finally able to get back on track. Obtaining a publishing deal originally with Zi'ere Books, this year 2019 in March she was able to establish Envious Books owned exclusively by her.
With six books currently under her belt, Envy is quickly becoming known as one of the new up and coming urban/lit storytellers. Envy's street savvy and urban writing style has been identified as unique and refreshing. Her ultimate goal is to have her books come to life on the big screen, That is how and when she will know she has really made it.
