Coming out of their shock, the two friends of the man on the floor jumped to their feet to help. As they rose, one of them was drawing his gun, and it was pointed directly at his right eye. The man quickly dropped his gun back into its holster and sat back down at the table, keeping his hands on its top so Billy could see them. He holstered his gun and sat down at his table. The man on the floor got to his feet and the three of them hastily left the saloon amid the laughter and taunts from the rest of the patronage.
