About the Author

Ken Spillman is a professional author and speaker. He has written more than 90 books, published in dozens of languages worldwide.

Varuna Shunglu is an international yoga teacher, wellness entrepreneur and lawyer. She has a MSc in Yogic Sciences and is certified by Yoga Alliance International. Varuna has written for publications such as The Telegraph, Asia Spa, Men's Health and the Business Standard.

Suvidha Mistry has illustrated for various publishing houses in India. Her book cover for The Naughty Bear written by Paro Anand was awarded by ‘Publishing Next' in 2019. She's been honoured by the Association of Writers and Illustrators for Children and has participated in the Nambook010, International Children's Book Festival, Korea 2010. Her works have been exhibited in Korea and Bratislava.
