Set between two time periods and throughout one love, "More Every Instant" tells the story of Octavio and Cecilia. Octavio is a young medical student apprenticing with an older, wiser physician in the mountains of Chihuahua, Mexico. Cecilia is the oldest daughter of one of the town's cattle barons. She is expected to marry Carlos, the son of the wealthiest cattle barons, and live a comfortable life.
