Overview

The writer's work is traditionally classified as science fiction. Partially agreeing with this, the author himself claims that he is not so much a fantasist as "a storyteller, a moralist and a person who looks ahead." In the works of Ray Bradbury, there is really a lot of non-standard, fantasy, that differs from reality. As a prognosticator and futurologist, the writer predicted in advance the appearance of many things that are now familiar to us: clothes for animals, gadgets such as smartphones, etc. At the same time, the author himself used the benefits of civilization to a limited extent: he did not fly by plane and repaired cars himself.
