Overview

Highly touted football star Dexter Williamson is met with trouble on a college recruiting trip in Miami when a notorious street gang mistakes him for an enemy that they were out to assassinate. A year later, while training for his upcoming freshman season as a Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket, Dex is reintroduced to the gang who now seeks a favor from him as a reparation for their previous encounter. About the Author

Alec Eschenwald earned his bachelor's degree in psychology at Florida Gulf Coast University. "Mixed Up" is his first published novel. He spent his early years in college as a division one football player, where the inspiration for his first book stems from. He currently lives and works in New York City.
