Rod Pyle is a producer, writer, and director of documentary programs and was the Vice President of Communications for the World Space Foundation and the senior editor and contributor to their two publications, the Astronautics Journal and Foundation News. He also worked at the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, California, and has been a consultant for Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Battlestar Galactica. He is also the author of Mars: A Journey of Discovery (2016).
