Mindfulness is the key to finding success in life. Mindful living is about living more mindfully in every aspect of your life. Many of the challenges we face in life can be resolved through being mindful of the situation. In our busy lives we tend to dull our senses and pass by opportunities that are right in front of our eyes. It is important to slow down and focus on what is happening in the present. Many relationships drift apart, because of the lack of being mindful of the needs of the other person. Our health is often the result of how much attention we pay to it. If we grow sick or unhealthy it is because we have neglected our health not paying attention to what we eat, or getting the right amount of exercise in our lives. Mindful living will bring about a healthier, happier, more productive life.

He spends his free time reading, writing, gardening, hiking, and serving in his church in various activities. Chris has been involved in the Boy Scout organization for more than eight years, and has done a lot of training in the outdoors. He lives in Utah with his family.
