About the Author

Coming from Compton, CA (inner city of Los Angeles), Dr. Aaron P Bryant started working at 15 years old, acquired two (2) martial arts black belts, and excelled in the violin, viola, cello, and clarinet. He was a gifted student in school and demonstrated multiple talents in other activities.

His traumatic setbacks started when he joined the prestigious US Army, 2d Ranger Battalion. This elite unit of trained fighters operated under Special Operations Command (Socom) and was deployed to some of the most critical locations in the world. As an Airborne Ranger, regular military standards are not acceptable. Therefore, the requirements, expectations, and pressure to remain in this unit were far beyond what most can fathom. Although it was necessary to meet these expectations of physical demand, training, knowledge, and performance to stay alive; Dr. Bryant had endured mental challenges both in and out of the country.

Since leaving the military, Dr. Bryant has not been aware of his personality changes - but over time, he realized that something is not right. He could not maintain loving relationships, be the type of father he wanted to be, maintain lasting friendships, or manage his health.

Yet, he was consciously motivated enough to maintain his scholastics by acquiring two associates, a bachelor's, an executive master's in business administration, and his doctorate in philosophy and medicine. In addition, he has numerous certifications in various business and project management fields.

Dr. Bryant has authored training manuals and scholastic articles throughout his higher education for the last two decades. He worked as a private consultant for multiple Fortune 50 companies in areas of leadership and operations.

Dr. Bryant started teaching at the university level in 2009 (and still does) for business, leadership, and management courses, to name a few.

In addition, Dr. Bryant has trained and gained masterful levels of coaching to 'give back' and support others who need guidance, support, and encouragement.

Dr. Bryant’s experience in the military and business has given him a front-row seat to some of the most intense areas and circumstances that create trauma and anxiety for almost anyone.

This is why Dr. Bryant has been working with clients and advocating for mental health by publishing hundreds of hours of material to support others.
