Overview

This political thriller starts with Toby, an accountant, stopping at the shop of a friend to invite her over for dinner. An old woman there tells him she has been murdered with an ax. This news is followed by more bizarre events leading to a crescendo of confusion, danger and murder as Toby and his girlfriend begin a search with the help of the police for a missing mapmaker, a mystery that must be solved to preserve their lives.
