About the Author

LUCA ZAN is a Professor of Management and Director of the postgraduate programme on Management and Innovation of Cultural and Arts Organizations at the University of Bologna, Italy. He also runs a course on Managerial Rhetoric and Arts Organizations at MAM, Carnegie Melon University, Pittsburgh, USA. He has many years of experience in the management field, and specifically in arts management in Italy. With several articles published in international journals, Professor Zan's research interests cover strategic management, management of arts organizations, and management and accounting history.
